1. Child Pornography

The Astound Access Service may not be used for the transmission or dissemination of video, images or any other content that contains, depicts or portrays child pornography.

Any use of the Astound Access Service or the Astound.com website in connection with child pornography is illegal and violates Astound’s Acceptable Use Policy and Internet Access Agreement.

If you have reason to believe that you have encountered anything concerning child pornography, please report this matter immediately via either of the following methods described below.

1. Report your complaint directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s Cybertipline at http://www.cybertipline.com/; or,

In all instances in which you believe you have encountered child pornography on the Astound.com website or Astound Access Service, please submit (i) a copy of the URL or link containing the offensive material, and (ii) the date, time and time zone that the offensive material was discovered.

Astound will process your complaint accordingly and, if necessary, report the circumstances to the appropriate authorities. If necessary, Astound reserves the right to remove, block or cease distribution of the content that is the basis of the child pornography complaint.
