How long does it take for services to be installed at my new home?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligibility for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
Can I install the equipment myself?
Yes, you can set up your Astound Broadband modem by following the steps in our self-installation guide. Other equipment will require a technician to visit your home to professionally install the equipment.
Can I use my own modem?
Yes, customers can bring their own modem in Astound Broadband service areas.
Can I transfer my services if I am an existing customer?

How far in advance should I set up Astound Broadband internet at my new home?
It is recommended that you schedule the installation of your services 30 days prior to moving into your new home.
