What happens if I pay my bill late?
If you do not pay your bill, you are subject to our nonpayment policies outlined in our terms and conditions including late fees and/or up to disconnection of service. Review terms and conditions here.
Can I change my credit card on file?
Yes, you can update the credit card on file using your MyAstound account at any time.
How long does it take for a payment to be applied to my Astound Mobile account?
Your payment will apply immediately to your account once it’s paid.
Your bill due date is based upon when the bill statement is generated.
Payment is due approximately 20 days later.
When do I pay my bill?
Your bill due date is based upon when the bill statement is generated. Payment is due approximately 20 days later.
If you are signed up for autopay, you will be charged on the same day as you receive your invoice. Please note that the billing cycle is dependent on the day you activated service for new customers.
If you’re a current Astound customer adding Mobile service, your bill cycle will remain the same.
What if I have questions about the charges on my bill?
If you have questions, please reach out to Care team at 1.800.427.8686.
What happens to my bill if I add a line?
You can add a line to your Astound Mobile plan anytime during the billing cycle.
Monthly charges will vary depending upon which plan you have selected and your bill will be pro-rated according to when you added the line to your account.
*Prices reflect rates for existing Astound Mobile Internet customers and are subject to change.
How is the bill paid each month?
You can pay your bill each month online using your MyAstound account, through a Care agent via chat, a retail store location nearest you, or by calling us at 1.800.427.8686.
You can also mail your payment to us at the address included on your monthly statement.
How does your billing cycle work?
If you’re just signing up for Astound services, your bill cycle begins on the date of activation.
If you activate on the 15th, the following 15th your cycle resets and you will receive your invoice via email and it’s listed within your app.
If you’re already an Astound customer signing up for mobile service, your bill cycle will remain the same.
Your first bill may be pro-rated depending upon when you activated your service.
How much will I pay per month?
Your monthly statement charges will be dependent upon what services you are signed up to receive and can vary depending upon your data usage each month.
How will I know when my service charges will start?
