Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Broadband Facts Label?
Broadband Facts Labels are designed to provide clear, easy-to-understand, and accurate information about the cost and performance of high-speed internet services as required by the FCC effective for new customers as April 10, 2024 and going forward.
Why doesn’t a label for my product/package show up?
- We no longer sell your internet product/package
- Only standalone internet products require a label. A bundled product (e.g. internet bundled with TV, mobile or home phone services) does not require a label.
Why is the monthly price on the label different from the price while I am shopping?
The price you see or are quoted from an agent may be different from the price you see on the Broadband Facts label as they may be promotional or have discounts applied. For example, discounts such as autopay and paperless billing are not included in the price on the label.
