Law Enforcement Subpoenas & Search Warrants

Astound Business works with Subsentio, LLC (https://www.subsentio.com/) to promptly respond to requests from law enforcement agencies. Instructions for submitting such requests are as follows:

Historical Records Production
All requests for non-emergency and emergency historical records production pursuant to a subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other legal process should be addressed to Astound Business or its appropriate affiliate (e.g., RCN, Grande, Wave, etc.) and sent to Subsentio.

All requests must identify the requesting agency, sender’s name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Lawful Intercept Technical Assistance
All requests for non-emergency, emergency, and troubleshooting issues regarding lawfully authorized intercepts pursuant to a court order or surveillance warrant or other legal process, should be addressed to Astound Business or its appropriate affiliate (e.g., RCN, Grande, Wave, etc.) and sent to Subsentio.

All requests must identify the requesting agent’s contact information so that Subsentio’s Law Enforcement request form can be returned and processed.

Astound Business reserves the right to impose reasonable charges on requesting parties for voluminous requests, requests that require significant personnel time to process, or requests for which Astound Business incurs other extraordinary costs to fulfill.
