Astound must have an accurate street address for the location of each landline telephone. It is essential that the telephone’s address matches the physical location, so that in case of an emergency, 911 is able to direct emergency personnel (fire, police, and other emergency responders) to the correct location.

By completing the form below and confirming the address, you certify that you are authorized to make changes to the account for your business. You also confirm your understanding that if the Astound telephone equipment is later moved to a different location, you must notify Astound immediately to provide an updated address.
