With our Basic phone service, you provide the phone sets. With our Hosted Voice service, you can choose one package option where we provide the phones or you can select an option where handsets aren’t provided.

Yes – both our Basic phone with Call Manager service and our Hosted Voice (VoIP) service provide an app for your mobile devices.

Our Hosted Voice phone solution is completely scalable for your business. Your system can be as small or large as your business needs. Astound is essentially your IT department for your phone system. Also, we provide and maintain the phones, so you aren’t responsible for replacing or repairing broken phones.

No. With your signed authorization letter, we will work with your current provider to smoothly schedule your porting to Astound for your installation day. We will contact you if any assistance or verification is needed from your current provider if there are any issues with the port prior to your installation date.

Yes – we will need your account number and account pin in addition to your authorization to port this number. A recent copy of your invoice also helps with the port process.

Yes. With our hosted Voice over IP service, we will provide you with an auto attendant to direct callers to the appropriate department in your business.
