Business Class Internet is a dedicated symmetrical, high-speed, high-capacity fiber service.

Symmetrical internet gives you the same upload and download speeds, as opposed to asymmetrical internet, where upload speed is slower than download speed.

Symmetrical Internet gives you the ability to send large files to people, other companies or to the cloud.

For example, a medical clinic can send X-Rays and CT scan images to a specialist for examinations or an advertising agency can send video assets to a client to review.

The bandwidth for BCI starts at 50 Mbps and also comes in 100, 200, 300 and 500 Mbps and up to 1 and 2 Gbps options. If you need more than 2 Gbps, you can upgrade to DIA. (Dedicated Internet Access)

BCI does not come with a service level agreement (SLA), however, you can expect to receive symmetrical bandwidth and best-in-class service – along with 24/7 award-winning customer support.

If you want to discuss SLAs, we have Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), which is symmetrical fiber internet, up to 100 Gbps, and comes with SLAs.
