What are the plans offered on Astound mobile?

Astound provides the superfast speed combination of home internet and mobile services that are fully capable and ready to handle your every streaming video/audio, gaming, social media and web surfing need. Choose from individual data plans as low as $15/mo/line.
Can I change my plan mid-month?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan or add data top-offs through AstoundMobile.com or the Astound Mobile app. If you want to downgrade your plan or delete a line from your account, you’ll need to reach out to our Care team at 1.800.427.8686.

We have several options available to choose from, so you can select a plan that works best for your household. Options include:

I wanted to purchase additional GB of data, but accidentally purchased more GB than I wanted. What do I do?

How much data do I need?
The amount of data or mobile plan needed is unique to each customer. Unlimited plans are the most popular and are recommended as they will cover all your data needs for high, moderate and light data usage for streaming video/audio services, gaming, social media and web surfing. Your average data usage will determine which plan is best for you.
As a general guideline, consider the following:
- Light User 0-4 GB/mo
- Moderate User 5-10/GB/mo
- High User 11+/GB/mo
If I make changes to my account, will there be any fees? When will I be charged?
Additional charges to your account are dependent upon what changes are made. Prior to any changes being made, you will be asked to confirm the changes by either our Care agent (if you’re on the phone) or through an app confirmation screen. Any additional charges will appear on your next billing statement.
Can I add a new line to my account?
Yes, you can add up to 5 lines on a family plan account.
What taxes and fees are not included in this plan?
All applicable local, state and federal taxes and fees are applied to each bill for products and services.
Are there savings when I bundle Astound Mobile service with Astound Internet?
You must have Astound Internet to sign up for mobile service. We have several promotions available to choose from. The amount of savings for bundled services is dependent on the combination of services that you choose. On our website, a bill calculator will allow you to view any savings between Astound Mobile and your current provider.
Will I be able to switch (upgrade or downgrade) my mobile plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or add Additonal Data Top Off through AstoundMobile.com or the Astound Mobile app. If you would like to downgrade or delete a line from your account, please reach out to our Care team at 1.800.427.8686.
